I'm pretty sure you're not, but if you are running Windows Defender, Controlled Folder Access was added with the April 2018 Update. Turn that off.
Also, Disable SuperFetch and Windows Search in Services.

Hmmmm, the errors have been going on for a long while, but may have gotten worse since the update. Disabling Superfetch sounds easy, but can you expound on Controlled Folder Access?
