The folder thing would be great, it brings a lot of advantages, I would like to see Waves create a dedicated preset window that didn't close as soon as you select a preset, especially for their VIs.

I know they have No Cab, but I like to work in as few plugins as possible. I use
Redwirez MixIR2 when I need an IR loader since I have the whole
Big Box bundle. It's just faster to select the IR's and scroll through in a single plugin like you can in the Waves PRS amps or AA Hellbeast.
