(Assuming you have an Avid HD interface) then Yes you need to not only also download the 2020.11 HD Driver,,,, but Install it FIRST then shutdown and restart your Mac, Before Installing PT 2020.11 Ultimate ( at least that is how I have always done it since 2011 and no installation issues with my system)
As far as Melodyne I don't know ?
