Likely since you renewed Upgrades but not Plugins & Support, so you can ignore those notices if not renewing the latter.
Thanks Jeffro - I decided to renew my support and plug in plan -and paid the extra $99.00 by PayPal - but did not receive anything from Avid to say that you had got the order. Obviously I am concerned that I will miss out and also lose on the Eleven offer. Could you take a look at this for me too?
