I get the kernal panic when i close certain apps - usually firefox or adium when i have been using my micro, but i have never had it when using my mbox 2 pro - the only difference between them is that the mbox is connected over the firewire and the micro over USB... so it seems to be the I/O drivers conflicting with something in the land of USB... and yes, in that helpful way, its totally intermittent!

I thought at first it was because I'm using Leopard (10.5.1) but so many other people are having it too... really no idea!
