There’s more than enough competition for Waves and I stopped using them after I put my Mix system out of work 2005. Their license policy (WUP) etc. and the price to quality ratio of their new products in a growing plug-in market didn’t work for me.
I‘m using the Avid stock plugs a lot and have a Soundtoys and an Izotope bundle and the Massey plugs.
Waves was essential when TDM started but is one choice besides others now.
