Hey Ian,

If your plug-ins were originally in /Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins, then they should now be in /Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins (Unused).

Next time you run Plug Tools, you should still see your moved plug-ins, they just won't have the "Active" button selected. You can have Plug Tools move them back to their original locations by making them active again.
