There are 2 registrations for Pro Tools 11 under your email address, with 2 different iLok User IDs. It sounds like you might be looking at the wrong iLok account.
Since it is a Slate product and not an Avid product, Avid support would not be able to view their licenses. So you would need to contact support at Slate or
www.iLok.com for help with your iLok.
