I think you might be referring to the
Pro Tools HD Plan license. If so,
this is normal. I believe that should renew while you are waiting for the
Complete Plug-In Bundle. I did check the
Release Limit date on your
Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (seen using
Show Details for the license/bundle in iLM) and that has been pushed out another year.
