Default payment problem for a week

I have already asked here that I wanted change my credit cad info but couldn't find update button.
then you told me to use the need help button.
so I did.
and you told me to repurchase subscription.(i receive ur mail 3 days later)
so i tried again but i couldn't finish.
perhaps my credit card was changed, so the payment was not finished.
at the last payment process, i could change my name on card, billing adress, ***, etc...except my new card number.
anyway.. I used need help button again.( asked what can i do now?) and now i just received ur mail again. you said my case number is duplicated.....

I'm really really tired now.
It has been about a week since i first asked you here.
I thought you guys could handle it easily.
I was wrong.

Can you just give me a solution here??
Is this so hard for you guys?
I'm sorry if i was rude but the problem is simple.

I just want to buy your pro tools subscription.

please please give me a solution.
