So, seriously. If you have sooo many problems with pt, than something is broken with your setup. But without further info about your setup, it is almost impossible to help you.

Reaper is a fantastic daw, but imho not as good as pt. For many, it is even better than pt. It is always a personal decision, which is more suits you, so don't wait that a few person from here can help you out, because it is actually your homework.

In the meantime, you can give us more info, so maybe we can help you to make your pt system stable.
