Default Re: "Hardware Not Found" Mbox mini 3rd gen

Hi ,

Just want to join the group of people with "hardware not connected"

I recently purchased Pro Tolls Express with the M-Box Mini.
I followed the instructions and all went well - Pro Tools started and the sound came out through the M-Box.
I installed the programs on my new Mac Mini. Pro Tools soon prompted me, that I needed more CPU power, so I installed 16 GB and restarted.
Still all went well - Pro Tools and M-Box were running - joy…

As I had to move to a new address, I packed everything down and haven't tried to use Pro Tools or M-Box until now.
BUT now as the M-box control window appears it says: hardware not connected - not streaming.
The M-Box has power (the light is on) and I have tried with another USB cable - no luck.

I have tried to un-install M-Box, and then tried to re-install it.
As I have re-installed it, I have remembered to unplug the USB before installing.

I have found 4 different drivers on your homepage:

MboxMini_1_1_2_OSX_77731.dmg
Mbox_Mini_1_1_3_Driver_Mac_78311.dmg
Mbox_Mini_Drivers_v107_72735.dmg
Mbox_Mini_Drivers_v105_68826.dmg

I have tried to install them one at a time - each time restarting the Mac - and every time I am told that the installation is successful?
I have tried to connect the M-Box after each driver install - but no luck.

Any help appreciated - but as far as I can see, nobody has found a solution.

Is it time to join forces and give AVID some kind of wake up call??
They are apparently selling a product that doesn't work.
