Understand your frustration, but this will get resolved.
It's important to note here that you own a perpetual license. Your license won't expire, so this issue will not impact your use of Pro Tools.
We'll get your Upgrade Plan renewal in place before the end of your term so that you'll continue to receive new software releases.
