Re: how to update my ilock, from 12.2 to 12.6 ?
i bought protools in 2015 with a perpetual license to a reseller , my plan ended in october 2016. I had to update my mac system to sierra from yosemite, once in sierra i have to run 12.6, my license seller told me i have 12.6 avaliable from download so we did it, but he doesnt knows how to move this version to the ilock, thats why i'm asking you for help,
need to know if it is posible to do, i cant write avid for asking. i dont find a valid email or phone number to do the question
