You purchased this license from a Authorized reseller they damn well better give you support. Who exactly did you purchase this license from? When?
Janne’s point was likely you never had a license to 12.6 and your only option now is to buy your way out of that with a reinstatement... but I am not sure most resellers still have those available. I expect your best bet would be to just download a version of Pro Tools 12 from the Avid download center (not your account product download page) that your iLok license will authorize. Or upgrade to a 2020.x subscription.
Questions about the 12.6 license transition were a thing on DUC back four years ago. Have you looked at those old threads?
