I've had exactly the same thing:
Auto renewed, no plugin sub as promised, then big gap of silence after opening a support ticket.
Recently had a reply though reassuring me that they were still looking into it, although not sure how hard it is to look at the account to see when sub was renewed and if it received a plugin sub or not...
