Hi there. Sounds like the firmware may have been corrupted due to the failed install. Have you tried factory resetting the Omni?
1) Quit ProTools.
2) Unplug the Digi Link Cable.
3) Press the SETUP button on the front of the HD Omni.
4) Scroll the Monitor knob to “Reset”.
5) Press the Monitor knob, then press the Monitor knob a second time to confirm.
Try that then try the firmware update again and see if that works.
