When I open Pro Tools it says I am tryin to open a newer version than my license allows. I do have any activate support plan that doesn't expire until next March.

Your license has a Release Limit in 2021 (right+click >
Show Details for the license in iLok License Manager), so it should authorize 10.0 through the current version. You can
move the license from your iLok Cloud to your iLok USB Key the
Synchronize the iLok.
