Followup: YES! After printing my drum tracks to disk, and disabling the Structure Free plug-ins in my session, no more of these errors.

Too bad, since I was really growing to like Structure Free and not having to boot up a separate application (Reason) to do drum triggering with. But no way will I work with Structure Free again!
