The reason SoundToys don't show up is that they're in a folder and the utility can't parse folders (yet).
I would try removing Speakerphone or update to 2.x - I've heard of problems with 1.1 from other customers.
Did you trash preferences after removing/updating plug-ins?
Have you verified your RAM yet - by pulling/replacing/swapping it? Don't bother with a utility that tests it - they're virtually worthless.
What about testing from a new admin account?
