Can you be specific on problems??

my take:
your motherboard, while may be fine is not a tested board among us. cant verify it as good or bad.

your hard drive situation concerns me. your C: drive seems to be a WD raptor 10,000 rpm. the problem is that it is a 16 mb cache drive. for our needs, 32-64mb cache drives are better performers, especially when using vi's that stream samples.

are you recording to the usb drive then?? this could be part of the problem

are your vid card drivers updated?? this can be the source of problems.

Ram: you could be causing issues by only using 2 of your 4 ram channels. best performance is by feeding ram separately to each channel. in other words, install your ram in 4 stick sets.

i would look into updating the bios.

these are my initial thoughts.
