Re: Xpand 2 - missing presets?
So, after posting the above (and despite some negative posts about Avid support) I sent a request for support to Avid and almost immediately received the following helpful reply from Chris at Avid Support:
Thank you for contacting Avid support.
"I have attached a copy of preset for Xpand2. Kindly download it and extract. Once extracted paste the Xpand2 folder to the plugins settings folder located below.
Documents>Pro Tools>Plug-Ins Settings."
-Restart Pro Tools and test."
