Hmmm, next step would be to reach out to the Spark people, but it might also be a compatibility issue with versions of software(Spark) and your unsupported OS(Windows 7).
I also noticed on your Sandra report(thanks for including
), that its not registering the entire 64GB of RAM, so, does that motherboard also have on-board graphics? I see "NVIDIA GeForce GT 710" but is that a separate graphics card, or is it part of the motherboard? If its separate, maybe go into BIOS and disable on-board graphics? Not sure that will solve the issue. And, maybe a replacement for Spark is in order
