The
Pro Tools DigiLink I/O License (in a Pro Tools Ultimate license bundle,
purchased from the Avid Store or Reseller, or provided with an Avid Interface) is perpetual, so would not expire if one let a
Pro Tools Ultimate Update & Support Plan lapse. Check yours (standalone or within the bundle) in iLM - it should be listed as a
License (Type) with no
Expiration Date.
