Power down, disconnect 003R, connect LS56 FW, power up and start mixcontrol, save changes to hardware, power down, disconnect LS56.
I haven't tried keeping the LS56 connected with the 003R which would make it easier, not sure how that might work. It might be fine but I don't want to cause an inadvertant issues. Even though the LS56 would only be communicating via FW when mixcontrol is open it may cause some conflict with the 003R being on the same express 34 card. I was also concerned about potential grounding issues. Audio from the LS56 wouldn't be affected as it's running via ADAT.
Honestly though I haven't needeed to change that much, I set it for the current project and leave it. Might be a good question to float past support. Maybe I'll be a gunea pig this weekend if I can carve some time out.
