Thanks for chiming in. That fixed the latency issue. I tried it at different buffer settings and it was fine except for at 32. In that case, after initiating record with command + spacebar, my keyboard became unresponsive and only my control surface would work to stop recording and start/stop playback again.

When I unchecked that box there was a warning about click and pops. Is that a concern? Meaning, am I only unchecking this box to print an accurate click, and then re-checking it, or is it something that's better left unchecked all the time?
