No current Mac Pros have Thunderbolt.

All current Imacs, Macbooks, and Mac Mini's have Thunderbolt and will work fine with the HD Native Thunderbolt.

However, wait about a week. On June 10th, Apple will most likely introduce new updated Macbooks, and possibly new Mac Pros (which may have Thunderbolt as well).
