Standard and Ultimate are same software, only difference being the license that unlocks Ultimate features. Check the splash screen, it says Ultimate if you have it.

Track counts should be Ultimate track counts as well, but if you do not have Avid hardware you are limited to 32 i/o even if you have Ultimate.
