Bouncing or Committing an Auxiliary Input ignores track solos.
One other find. If you set-up a Master and bounce from the Master, the Solos are considered. So a work around is to create a Master that is on the input bus for that Aux Input and Bounce from the Master Fader.
Nevertheless, I'll bet this is a bug. So far I have defined it as:
