You don't 'see' 12.2 in the App Manager. You 'see' 12.1 listed, and to the right of it is either the word 'current' or the word 'update'.
Assuming you see the word 'update', you just click on it and that triggers download of the update. Once downloaded, the word changes to 'install'.
Click on 'install', and guess what it will do ;-)
