Hi emilykcl7,
Seems that your Email has not yet registered with Pro Tools first. Please go to my.avid.com/protoolsfirstactivation to register Pro Tools First under that account. You will need to register for Pro Tools First to be able to use the free DAW and activate it on your computer.
