Hi community,
I purchased my Pro Tools 9 in September 2012 - well after October 9 , 2011 - which entitles me to a free upgrade to Pro Tools 10.
I have registered my product , however , I did not utilise my free avid support ticket within the 60 days of registration - so Of course, I cant contact them without paying for a new support package.

My issue : I have established I qualify for the free upgrade to Pro Tools 10 - how can I achieve that now?
I have not received a download link for the free upgrade to Pro Tools 10 - after I registering my Pro Tools 9 product ?

Is there a painless way I can make this happen :)
