Hi. Thanks @Southsidemusic. I didn’t know that. I’m sorry. It’s just extremely frustrating. I’ve reached out through all of the normal channels to no avail. This has been an issue since Dec. 5th 2019.
Now they’ve suspended my subscription. My pt doesn’t work at all. I had a paying client and my system shut down in the middle of the session.
I tried opening a case, sending emails, I went on FB Messenger for a private message. I don’t know what else to do.
Maybe you can help me. I can pay the renewal fee. I just don’t want to pay multiple times like before.
I definitely don’t want to break any rules. Just need some assistance. Hopefully a phone call.
