Pro Tools OVERBILLING (continued)
Thanks for addressing my previous overbilling issue with pt Ultimate.
Pinky addressed my issue, the charges were reversed.
Everything, (financial wise) is fine.
But I am still getting emails saying there was an error in billing concerning my subscription. I've received 2 emails in 2 days. (attachments coming)
I am afraid if I make a payment, the cycle will continue. As of today, my Pro Tools Ultimate has officially shut down on me in the middle of a paying session.
With all due respect, I need to speak with someone. Texts and emails are NOT working, due to Avid's late responses.There is no longer a response to my case (Case Number 03839503).
Just email or PM me a phone number of someone I can call and get this straightened out.
Or maybe someone can respond to my case number 03839503 with a direct link to make payment.
Please advise.
