YOu need server space to upload the mp3 to. Most ISP's provide some server space for a persoanla web page and files like mp3, jpgs, etc. check with your ISP (internet service provider) as to the specifics.

Once you have successfully uploaded the mp3 to the provided space, you simply post the URL link here.
