The setting for this is not in Eucontrol. It is in Pro Tools Preferences > Mixing Tab > Controllers section
[However, I do not remember if the options changed between 2018.12 and 2019.5. You may be stuck if the additional options were only added with 2019.5. I don't think they were though]
