Default PT11+update from Hig Sierra to Catalina
Hello, guys.

Well, I need to know if it's better to get the update by macOS Catalina, Currently I've had a little issues with plugins even if I work on 512 or 1024 samples to mix, and 32 or 64 samples to record. currently I have to close and re start the app cause, pro tools throw me an alert "Pro tools ras out of CPU power. try de-activating or removing Native plug-ins". and I'm working on 512 or 1024 Samples...

An adviser by apple told me, I could get this update to Catalina and everything could be better , so, what do I need to do?

Does anybody can help me?¡.
