Many of the software companies play this 'hidden truth' game. It isn't quite lying but deception is not an element of honesty.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">That may be a little harsh. A representative of Spectrasonics came to the DUC about 4 months ago and explained why they were not able to make a PC RTAS version at this time and said that they were thinking about doing it after the completion of OSX support. He also offered a full refund to someone who mistakenly purchased it and said that he would try to make it clear that they do not support RTAS for PC.

RTAS for PC seems to be VERY problematic, even digidesign doesn't fully support it. However, I think that companies should be required to make it clear which OS they do and do not support. It would be less confusing for people who do not fully research products before purchasing.

Having said that, I can't wait for the day that spectrasonics and Plugsounds are available for as PC RTASi's. Vinyl is off the chain! And USB (they're affiliated with Plugsounds) makes some awesome sample CDs.
