What was happening to me is during the registering process after payment you get an email (actually it could have been straight after the credit card payment went on avid’s online store, can’t remember) it threw up a page asking you to indicate which reseller you brought HEAT from, which I thought was odd since I just brought from the online store Avid would already know this..... So I left it and went off to my products page but couldn’t see anything listed.... once I figured out I had to go back and either enter a reseller or click the button that says “reseller not listed” or similar. I did the later, it then showed up in my products page and on my iLOK (which needed activation. Also because I have PT 10/11/12 bundle it gave me installers for PT 10 and 11 as well.... not that I used 10 or 11 anymore although I do have PT 10 installed on a windows lappy.

Anyways I spent quite a few hours mucking around with HEAT last night (gonna read the manual today haha) loading up different sessions from hard rock to acoustic jams and fiddle tunes...... what lovely powerful yet quite shuttle FX
well worth the wait. Thanks to those who helped me keep the faith.... I’ll suck back a few cold ones later today and raise one for ya.
