Folks been having this problem on 3 different Pro Tools systems that I manage. One system is a Pro Tools HD2 system, the other is a 002R both running the same spec'd Mac Pro's (2009 - 8 core system, 12gb ram, OSX10.6.4). The other a iMac (Core 2, 4gb ram, OSX10.6.4). All are running Pro Tool 9.0.2

On each system Pro Tools has been working fine until one day it randomly craps out. Upon launching the Pro Tools icon will bounce in the dock for 3 or so minutes and then it will stop. In Activity Monitor it shows that Pro Tools is open (even though it hasnt). The only solution I have found is to do a clean install. Trashing preferences, restarting the machine etc does nothing. If anyone has a solution I would much appreciate it.
