Hi,
Do I need to buy a Avid Support Code in order to fix this problem and if I do, the which one? and what is the cost?
I have received this answer from Avid:
"Your case number 04206844: " Bug: Maximum number of projects has been reached. " is now closed. If this issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please reference this number when contacting Customer Care."
I am just trying to learn this Pro Tools First and I have no projects in my box but my dashboard shows 3/3
Please help, i have no idea what I have to do.
