Hey im having the same problem with my Avid Artist Mix. Pan Knob 1 dose not work properly when using it to adjust settings and also hardware test shows the touch function is not working. Only on pan knob 1 everything else works to my knowledge. Did anyone on here ever come up with solution or anything worth mentioning about this issue?
