Why 3 Tests for PT User Certification?
From what I understand a person must pass the PT 101 110 and user cert exams in order to become user certified. Why is that? Most vendors that do training either have 1 large test or the ability to split it in two. I feel if I pass the 101 and 110 test that I shouldn't have to do a third one.
