Hi!
I have Nuendo2, and no problems.
I recently reinstalled Xp to clean up some things I was experimenting with, and have not reloaded N2.
First thing I would try is to be sure no other apps are running that you dont know about.
Next, I would remove all Non-Steinberg plugins from the VSt folder.
I would also try the Nuendo forums.
Further info on the system might help.
