So this still doesn't work.

Had just the one call from Avid support. Then they sent me an email saying the ticket is being closed because they solved my problem, which they didn't.

That's some great A1 level customer support there Avid. You guys should pat yourselves on the back at your next company meeting and congratulate yourselves on how great you are. And then lay off some more people so your executives can get a bigger bonus.
