Protools Control App won't go past the login screen - SOLVED: Check Time Zone Setting
I'm trying to get our iPads set up for Protools Control.
After downloading the app, when I enter our Avid Account info, email address and password, the screen flashes and returns to the login screen and won't go any further.
It doesn't give me a bad user name or password error, just flashes and goes back to the same screen.
What gives?
Ipad Mini 4, IOS 9.3.2 wifi only model with 16GB
