I am looking at the schedule for Foothill, and see that as far as fees go, out-of-state students enrolled in less than 6 units can have the o-o-s tuition waived.
Does this apply to online as well?
Also, the lab is indicated as a hybrid course. Can it be completed entirely online, or is there necessity for actually going to the campus.
