Another option would be to simply mic the cabinet instead of going XLR out of the 11R. This way you hear everything exactly how it's coming out of the PA.

One of the benefits of using the 11R is to avoid having to lug a cabinet and amp but since you are doing that anyway, why stop there.

Have you considered a powered monitor setup instead of a power amp and cab? This would give you your exact sound from the 11R right in yo face!

Good luck getting it to work. It looks like you have a few options that will work.
