I have the same problem as the OP - when I tap the VCA block in the app all the faders on my Artist Mix go to zero and the track names are blank.

Have tried the tips that worked for others, enabling ethernet, unchecking/rechecking VCA spill in the EuCon panel, tried rearranging the order of the VCAs... but no luck, faders go to zero and track names blank when I spill a VCA.

Any ideas? Have upgraded to latest EuCon and latest app version. Everything else is working fine.

My system is PT 2019.6.0, OSX 10.13.6, 2018 iMac. PT Dock and Artist Mix.
