- Enabled Digital Input when Eleven Rack is using internal clock

- Added new display mode: Rig Volume Controls
- Added new User Option: Persistent Volume Pedal Control
- Added new User Option: Volume Knob can know control Main Volume, Output to Amp Levels or combination of both. Also provided Main & Headphone Mute controls.
